I'm Bryan Mudge.
I'm Providential Roofing and Construction's most experienced commercial project manager. My work is commercial and multi-family re-roofs, and right now that means several multi-unit apartment complexes in progress at the same time.
On a commercial job the roof is only half of it. The other half is the people around it: residents who need to know what happens tomorrow, a board that needs a scope it can vote on, a manager reporting to ownership, a GC working to a schedule. Keeping all of them informed while the work stays on track is what I do.
Homeowners get the same approach on a single house: a free roof inspection, options explained in plain terms, permits handled, and one person to call until the final walkthrough.

- Phasing and resident communication — Work staged around occupants, with the schedule communicated in advance.
- Permits and inspections — Roofing permit pulled, inspections scheduled, updates as each one passes.
- Crews, materials, timeline — Coordinated by one person who answers the phone.
- Closeout — Warranty paperwork, a clean site and the documentation to back it up.
